Enjoy a cappuccino, latte, flat white made from Vanuatu coffee grown and processed in Santo or Tanna or a cold drink whilst on line plus there are plenty of power outlets to save those precious batteries
You can charge your devices from your bedside light which also provides 2 hours of emergency lightning in case of a power outage
In an effort to be as ‘green’ as possible, to reduce our carbon footprint and save costs, Beachfront Resort has installed a range of modern energy saving devices from low wattage lamps, solar hot water heaters to also recommending our local Tusker beer as the bottles are reused by the brewery and not buried
We also recycle aluminum cans, not an easy task on a small south pacific island
In our restaurant, The Coolidge Bar & Grill, we use as much locally grown, totally organic produce from our own gardens and the local markets, as possible including Santo’s famous organic beef and seafood thus supporting Ni-Vanuatu fishermen, farmers, women and families as well as reducing our need for expensive imported goods
The final stages have been made to the islands hydro power generation scheme, on the Sarakata River, which now generates over 80% of the towns power needs
